The Women’s International Network (WIN) was founded by members of the International Network of Boutique and Independent Law Firms who saw a lack of female-identifying representation, both in the network and in the legal field, and sought to expand the network’s overall membership to be more diverse. Since its inception, WIN has grown to build a group of women and men whose mission is to highlight the work of women in law through speaking engagements, social events, and virtual webinars.
